This agile project was targeted towards employers at Arbetsförmedlingen - The Swedish public employment service. The foundation of the project came from insights from interviews with jobseekers and employers about the importance employer branding. Following a number of interviews, workshops and testing of prototypes a MVP of the company profile was designed and developed together with a cross-functional team. I was responsible for the concept and all design work related to the MVP. During this time Arbetsförmedlingen got a new identity - which meant some work of implementing the new identity in colors, patterns and icons.
